How many other ways of saying ‘yes’ do you know?
If you want to say ‘yes’ but at the same time give a low commitment, you could say:

  • Sure, why not?
  • Sure, I don’t see why not?

If you want to do quite the opposite and say ‘yes’ in a strong way to show a strong commitment, you can use:

  • Absolutely
  • Definitely
  • Of course
  • Without a doubt

Informal ways of saying ‘yes’ in English:

  • Yeah

And here are some formal ways of saying ‘yes’:

  • By all means

And if you want to sound really official and scientific, you can use:
